Little Dude Films is the film division of Little Dude Media Ltd and is dedicated to writing and producing high quality short and feature length films and TV programmes.

The company's films have appeared in numerous festivals and have won or been shortlisted for a number of awards. These include Shades of Beige winning Best Drama in the Portobello Film Festival in 2012; Deathless being screened at BAFTA and in the L.A. Indie Film Festival in 2013; Red Shadows being shortlisted for a Golden Trailer Award, also in 2013; Drift winning Best Drama in the Portobello Film Festival in 2016; and Bubbles winning Best Foreign Short Film in the L.A. Indie Film Festival in 2018.

In 2019, Little Dude Films completed its first feature film, the well received music based drama, South of the River. We are currently developing a number of feature projects, including a feature length version of Deathless; a gritty urban drama called Sunrise for the Blind; and The Lost Blonde, about the life of iconic Hollywood actress, Veronica Lake.

Little Dude Films is led by Ian Beaumont. Prior to founding the company, Ian worked on a number of feature film projects with acclaimed Slovakian producer Patrik Pass and film company Trigon, including Heaven, Hell, EarthNicky's Family and English Rhapsody.

Little Dude Media is dedicated to undertaking high quality media, public relations, communications and public affairs activity, including in the corporate and voluntary sectors.

The company is led by Ian Beaumont, who has worked in the field for over 30 years, in central and local government and for various leading charities, organisations and agencies.

Ian is currently working part time as a Senior Communications Consultant for Crisis Shield, a crisis management company.

Prior to that, he worked either as a Senior Communications Consultant or as Public Affairs and Communications Director for a number of major charities in the health, animal welfare, communications training and childcare areas.

In his career, Ian has also worked in a range of visual arenas, including:

• Political – with numerous photographers and film and TV production companies while working in the Number 10 Downing Street Press Office;

• Corporate – with a range of clients, writing and producing promotional films for Alfred Dunhill and Aston Martin, for BUPA and
for The Department of Health's Erase Stigma mental health awareness campaign;

• Technology – writing a play and numerous speeches for Orange highlighting the technological home revolution and also promoting Ericsson's products, such as smartphones, in the media, for the James Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies.

Ian has also won a number of awards for his charity work and was twice voted Xchange Team's public affairs freelancer of the year.
